My website won't display HTML code properly

I’m having issue with my HTML code. Whenever I put HTML code, it shows the code itself.

For example, if I put “Sunscreen
SPF30” on subject line, it shows “Sunscreen
SPF30”. It looks like my theme can’t read HTML code. I tried with different browser but still not working.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
