My Wisepad 3 suddenly won't connect

I don’t know why my Wisepad 3 suddenly won’t connect to my iPad. It suddenly won’t work, and i don’t even have test mode enabled. Help!

Sorry to hear that this has happened to you, here is what we recommend you do:

1.) Restart both devices

2.) Check the BlueTooth settings on your iPad and make sure it’s connected to your Wisepad 3

3.) Check to see if you iPad is connected to a network.
