Firstly, I have uploaded a manual video to my product media and it does not show on the the website. Then, I have uploaded the video to YouTube and add the video to my product media through the YouTube. It still does not show on the website. I’m adding some screenshots so that you can understand it better.
Could you please help me with this situation?

What URL are you adding to the page? Add the address from the URL when viewing the video.
If you click on the thumbnail from the product page, this is what I see for a client who has a YouTube video added that way, which is working fine.

I have tried the both short link format and long link format of YouTube and both didn’t work. I even tried the link you sent me, it didn’t work either.
I’m adding the regular link format as a screenshot for to get another response.
