Hi All, My primary domain is set to my website Cleverfoods.uk. This is confirmed. However, both in TikTok and Google they are pulling through the my myshopify.com domain.
I have checked the myshopify domain in settings>domains> and the myshopify domain redirects to my proper domain.
Im a little lost as to why and how I can fix this please?
Providing some additional information would be helpful.
What dns settings did you do?
What ip address is cname pointing to?
What sitemap did you submit?
How long after you connected custom domain was your site indexed?
Do you have screenshots of these?
Can you provide screenshots of your actual search results showing myshopify?

Im not 100% sure what all of the answers are but here are some I have found. Is this enough to help?
Not sure what IP address CNAME is pointing to but in my zone editor I have two CNAME entries as follows
Sitemap submitted = https://cleverfoods.uk/sitemap.xml
Indexing happened happened a long while after custom domain.
Well I’m still unsure what symptoms you’re actually talking about. Google Search? Merchant Center? You just said Google so I’m assuming you mean Search, but I checked your website and it shows the primary domain:
