*******.myshopify.com is currently unavailable

i got an error that my store is currently unavailable just after i added my debit card, i contacted support but i got no answer, just and email asking for a screenshot, this is urgent and i don’t want to wait more that 24h just to get 1 mail.
any help please to get a chat or phone number to contact shopify team?

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues.
  • If you are still experiencing a display issue using incognito, confirm you have disabled browser extensions, as these can change how the pages look.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on the phone rather than wifi, for example)
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls, or pop-up blockers enabled on the device, as these can interfere.
