Dear Shopify,
myShopify petzenpl.myshopify.com is Currently Unavailable after I tried to purchase a basic plan.
Help me! Please
Hello @vlman33
Glad to help you today.
If your Shopify store is unavailable, it may be due to a number of reasons, including:
– Your domain may have expired
– Your hosting plan may have expired
– You may have reached your bandwidth limit
– There may be an issue with your payment gateway
– You may have forgotten to renew your SSL certificate
If you are unsure why your store is unavailable, please contact Shopify Support for further assistance.
I hope the above is useful to you.
Best regards,
GemPages Support Team
Thank you for your reply. But I can’t find how to contact support. When I click on the link asks to select a topic, there is no button to contact support. None of the above reasons that you have described does not suit me. My account became unavailable after I added a card to pay the plan.
Hi, @vlman33 .
Thanks for reaching out and posting to the Shopify Community!
As @GemPages has mentioned, it would be best to contact our support team so we can ensure your account is authenticated and take a closer look into the issue.
When accessing the Shopify Help Center, you’ll want to select Account > Logging in from the topics provided. On the following page, scroll down to the very bottom where you’ll see our available support options displayed under Get Support. I’ll share a screenshot below for better visibility.
1. Select a topic
2. Select a subtopic
3. Scroll down to Get Support
Let us know if you’re still unable to locate our contact options. I hope this helps!

Hi, @sandy242 .
Thanks for reaching out to the Community and joining this thread.
I can definitely understand the urgency to have this looked into and resolved so you’re able to regain access to your store. Rest assured, I’ll do my best to share what next steps you can take.
Could you check the account owner email inbox, spam and junk folder for any correspondence from our team? If you’re able to find an email it would be best to reply directly to it for further clarification on your store’s unavailability.
If you’re not able to locate an email, I recommend creating a support request via the Shopify Help Center. The reason is, our team will require access to your account to take a look at your account settings and provide you with more context.
I’ve listed the steps in my previous post on how to create a support request.
Let us know if you have additional questions or need help creating a support request.
I hope this helps!

I’d like to ensure you’re able to receive support and have this looked into. This sounds like it may be a local issue. Could you try the troubleshooting steps below to see if you’re able to access the Shopify Help Center?
Troubleshooting Steps:
I hope these methods work for you.
I am getting the very infamous “myshopify.com is currently unavailable” error message.
I previously got this same message on a different store I was creating and waited a whole week for someone to help me resolve the issue. The support person didn’t tell me what was wrong just said he has transferred it to expert team, they are reviewing it and that they will contact me through email. (even though I’ve been trying every day to login and I was checking my email, spams, but no response )
During this time I created a new store because I did not know when shopify would assist me. Just 3-5 days into my new store I am getting the same message. Can someone please help me address this issue promptly? The 1$ bill was also deducted from my account.
Hi there, @sharjeel_07 . Thank you for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community Forums with your situation around your online store and the message you’re receiving.
We’re unable to authenticate users here in the Community Forums, so we won’t be able to dive into account specific information in this environment. As such, it’s best for you to reach out to our Authenticated Support Team via our Help Center. Via that support channel, our Team will be able to authenticate you and look into any specifics around this situation, and advise on next steps from there.
Hi, Imogen. In the last 24 hours, I have discussed this issue with 3 of your customer supports. But no solution. They keep saying that we have forwarded the case to experts for reviews and they will contact you through email. But I have received no email yet. Even on my last shopify store that I mentioned became unavailable, I discussed with a customer support at that time as well. She also said the same thing, but I got no mail, no solution, no access. I am a student and this is my only source of earning at this time. You won’t understand how difficult it is for me and how much pressure am I under right now. We run campaigns on weekends and for last two weekends, I am facing these issues. My inventory, ads, time … Everything is wasting and it is increasing my credit. I am not able to earn anything. I don’t know where to talk to some responsible person who could actually help me with this. Please help me out!
Thanks for confirming you have reached out to our support team. Because we don’t have access to accounts when you reach out to us via Shopify Community, creating a support ticket is the next best step. And escalating the case to an escalated team is the best course of action. It may take time for the escalated team to get in touch as this is dependent on the current volume of support tickets they’re handling, but you can rest assured that they will get in touch when possible. Thank you for your patience as our escalated team works to get to your ticket as quickly as they can.
Do you want me to share the ticket here? I can share if you want. Just want it to be done.
