myStoreName.myshopify.com site works, but myStoreName.com site not accessible

Hi,

I opened my store 2 years ago, operated for about a year and closed it. 3 weeks ago I paid my due to re-open the store. Customers can now access the myStoreName.myshopify.com website, but not the myStoreName.com website. Can someone kindly help?
