We need help pointing to our Shopify store from our domain host, Network Solutions. What values do we need to enter within Network Solutions? We are using our own domain name (www.example.com) and not (www.example.myshopify.com).

We have a step-by-step guide here that you can follow to point and connect your third-party domain to your Shopify store.
Once you’ve inputted the relevant records on your domain’s DNS settings, it can take up to 48 hours for the domain to fully propagate across the web. Just a note though that because your domain is hosted by a third-party provider, if your domain isn’t successfully connected after 48 hours you can reach out to your domain provider directly so that they can help check your DNS settings from their end.
After your domain is successfully connected, it’s also a good idea to set up a custom domain email address. This will allow your business to appear more professional, which will then strengthen trust with prospective customers. While Shopify doesn’t currently offer email hosting natively on our platform, if you’re just starting out, a popular choice to help with setting up your custom email address is Zoho Mail. Otherwise, Google Workspace is also a commonly used provider for hosting your custom email.
