Narrative Theme Change Page Header Title Position and button colors

Hello,

I have a website built on Narrative theme. https://namat.sa

On all pages I need to slightly push down the Header title, and make it closer to body paragraph.

It might be somewhere around the padding of .section-header, but I can’t figure out the right code.

Would also like to know if there is a way to edit the primary cta buttons from current to

(#A6B4B3 as base), with hover change to #CFC6BE (@50% tint) with#A6B4B3 Outline (1px)
