I understand you’re unable to use your navigation drop-down links when using a desktop device and HP. Could you let us know what happens when you try to click the links? Does clicking the links end with no result or does it navigate to an error page?
I was not able to replicate the navigation link issue. I was able to click into Home, Shop, Fall 22, About and Contact using a Google Chrome and incognito browser. Could you try launching your website on a different browser, incognito window and clearing your cookies and cache?
If you’re unable to utilize the navigation links after trying the above troubleshooting methods, please feel free to thread your reply here.
I also had a chance to check out your website and the unique clothing designs you have displayed! You’ve done a great job of showing your collections and brand colours.
I would like to make one small suggestion that can help boost sales. Have you thought about adding a call-to-action button on your homepage image? A call to action button can encourage your customers to take action on a specific collection, all products, or content on your store. For example, you can set your call-to-action button as Shop Now. I’ll share steps and screenshots below on how to start this process.

How to add call-to-action button:
- Navigate to your Shopify admin, Online Store > Themes > Customize.
- Within your Theme Editor, depending on your theme, select Image with text overlay.
- Under Button label, enter the text you’d like to have as a call to action.
- Under Button link, select what content you’d like the button to route to.
