I have made a footer with link to pages such as “shipping, T&C’s” etc but when I click on the links in the front end they all lead to the wrong page and they all link to the same page ( a product page of mine) I have tired changing the link a number of times to where they lead and it does not resolve issue! Any help would be appreciated
Topic summary
Main issue: Footer links (e.g., “Shipping,” “T&C’s”) all redirect to the same, incorrect destination (a product page). Changing the link targets in settings did not resolve the misrouting.
Context: Shopify store. “Frontend” refers to the public site view; “Backend” refers to the admin/settings where links are configured.
Actions taken: The store owner shared multiple screenshots (backend/frontend) and a direct page URL to the T&C’s page (https://soulspired-ldn.myshopify.com/pages/t-cs).
Latest update: The helper could not see the relevant links on the provided page URL and requested a more specific screenshot showing exactly where the links were added in the backend (e.g., footer menu/navigation settings or theme editor section).
Status: Unresolved. Root cause not identified.
Next steps requested: Provide a precise backend screenshot indicating the exact location of the footer links’ configuration to diagnose why all links point to the same product page.
Notes: Images are central to understanding, but the existing screenshots did not clearly show the link configuration location.
Can you please a screenshot of the Backend and Frontend or please share a store url so that i can look into it, and suggest you the right solution
thanks
