Need 10 honest reviewers for my app (Free access for 1 month)

Hi everyone,

I hope this is in the right section of Ask and Offer, so here it goes.
I just launched my first ever Shopify app, which is a Shopify first Voice AI app for shopping support + customer support.
Unlike the traditional “chatbots” this is voice first approach, that helps with shopping ideas, order look ups and more.

I am looking for people who might want to try it out for their store, and give me a honest feedback on what I am missing out on and what could be improved.

This is only open for the first 10 responses I get, I will give you free access to unlimited conversations on your store (ofcourse with some guardrails to prevent my token abuse) for a whole month.

Alternatively, if anyone wants to give me pointers on the ASO, or anything that I can improve with the listing, I am all ears.

Welcome to the community. You have a really nice app there, good luck with sales.

I have not tested your app, but from your video, I noticed a few things that may be a small improvement or something to think about.

You could have a block on the app homepage that checks if your app is enabled on the current theme, and if not to give a direct link to your app and that switch. For app settings, left and right are fine. But you must be aware that there are a lot of apps that show widgets in those corners. Ot scroll to top. So think of a way to give option to customers to adjust the position a bit so it does not clash with other apps. For colors, 10+ options should be fine, but I bet you will get questions: " Can I add my specific/brand color? Without gradient? ".

For the chat part, it looks fast enough and gives good replies, but in the case of best-selling products, I think it would look much better if you could show a list of products, a small thumbnail on the left, title, and price on the right, with a link to the product. Probably tricky to do.

Yeah the widget positioning idea is good, you are right a lot of scroll to top buttons are there, I will adjust that positioning option.

Re: custom brand colors, yeah I will probably do it sooner too, just wanted to get v1 launched first and setup and ready before making additional tweaks, but that’s the plan for next update. Along with what you mentioned about the best selling products.

Currently it looks weird I realise, when they reply in chat, but formatting the response is tricky, so I am trying to figure out a proper way to do it, since the same response gets to the voice engine for response, so its not straight forward, but will make something work out soon.

This sounds really interesting! Voice-based AI support is definitely the next step beyond traditional chatbots, especially for improving customer engagement and conversions. I’d be happy to try it out and share some detailed feedback on the user experience and functionality.
