Need a horizontal fix for Supply or even a different theme

Hi All,

In the process of moving to Shopify from a different platform. We need to keep a full horizontal navigation menu on our page when it is accessed on a desktop.

Our current navigation (not in Shopify) looks like this:

Best we can come up with on Shopify is:

When the page first loads, you can see all of the collections, pages, etc but then t reverts back to the one line with the “More” dropdown on the end which will not work for us at all.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!!!

Sounds like some kind of javascript is hiding it if there’s more than a certain amount. What theme are you using?.. nvm, I just saw you said supply

Go into your assets folder Online Store > Actions > Edit Code > Assets

Open your theme.js.liquid file. Scroll to about line 1675. You’re going to want to comment out both instances of timber.alignMenu() – you can do this by adding two forward slashes to the beginning of the line:

Should be good. I don’t see it messing with anything else other than the menu, and it switches to a mobile menu at mobile sizes still.

Boom!

Perfect fix, I can’t thank you enough! This was exactly what we needed.

Over the years we’ve tried to get our customers to use a vertical or nested navigation system but it never flies.

Thank You Again for your fast solution.

Have a great day!

No problem, glad it worked out. Thanks for accepting the solution.
