Need a solution for 'This Order Can’t Be Shipped To The Address You Entered.'

When I entered the delivery address, I frequently got this error (This Order Can’t Be Shipped To The Address You Entered ) I have tried multiple suggestions mentioned on the Shopify community page, but they didn’t work. Moreover, It’s my second turn, I already mentioned this issue before, the supporter did some things in the backend, and it works fine for 1,2 weeks. But now I’m facing the same problem again. Our store is lived and it left an unpleasant effect on our customers.

Kindly look at it, and suggest how to solve it as soon as possible. Thanks

Hi there @Saif_Choudry

Welcome to the Shopify Community! Thanks for reaching out here with this, I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue.

I understand that you are seeing an error in your checkout saying that the order cannot be shipped to your location. This would usually indicate that there are no shipping rates available for the specific products & the address that is entered in checkout.

Firstly, I would recommend navigating to the Settings > Shipping and Delivery section of your admin, and then clicking Manage next to the shipping profile which contains your products (by default this will be the General profile unless you have created custom ones).

Here you can view the shipping zones and shipping rates that you have set up on your store. Please ensure that there are suitable rates added for the locations that you are shipping to. Pay careful attention to any shipping rate conditions you may have set up, as sometimes there can be gaps in coverage - for example if an order is too heavy, or if the order value isn’t high enough. If you have multiple shipping profiles each with their own zones & rates, then you will need to double check those too.

After checking the above, I would recommend navigating to Settings > Markets. Here you can manage the various markets that you are selling to. By default, the international market will be inactive - if you are shipping overseas, then make sure to enable this market by clicking Manage > Activate Market (otherwise customers will get errors in checkout similar to what you are seeing).

After following my above steps, you should then test the checkout again to see if shipping rates are being displayed. If the problem still persists, then feel free to reply with some more information and I can troubleshoot further with you here. I cannot access your account directly, so things that would be beneficial to me are screenshots of your shipping rates or relevant shipping setup, a screenshot of your Shopify Markets setup showing the active market and also your store URL and the general location you are trying to ship to (if you are comfortable doing so).

You mentioned that your store is live - besides these shipping issues, how is everything going with your store? We are always here if you need help, so please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have, either here in the Community or via our support team.
