Can I ask what theme you’re using? If you’re using a free Shopify developed theme you could utlise your 60 minutes of free design time if you haven’t done so already. You must also be on a paid plan aswell as using a Shopify theme to avail of this. You can contact the theme support team at Shopify directly for this.
If you are using a paid theme from a third party developer then you can reach out to the developer of the theme directly to assist with this. All the themes on the theme store have been vetted by Shopify and their support is usually strong.
