Hi Guys.
I am working on the following scenario.
I have an App that requires user to provide additional information before it can work. I have found that some users subscribe my app, but doesn’t provide the required information. I am looking for a way to send a message to this kind of users to check if they need helps or not. I have checked the admin api and partner api, and cannot find a way to do something similar.
Anyone can help with this?
