I had filed for a Trademark and just received a notification asking for proof of use in commerce before the application date.
I recently forwarded my Shopify store URL, which I started before applying for the trademark, to my Amazon store. My Shopify store is paid up until the end of the year.
I cannot figure out how to access any information about my store’s original creation or how to contact Shopify help directly to get that information. If someone more knowledgeable in this department than I could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!
(It appears Shopify does everything they can to make it impossible to directly contact support ?)
I’ll do my best to help you out. Can you specify which store details you need to access? If the URL wasn’t sufficient proof, can you try submitting proof of your domain purchase?
Other areas where you can access proof of your Shopify subscription would be in your Settings > Billing section within the admin. You might also be able to pull up your subscription purchase email confirmation.
