Need advice on creating a responsive grid for images and text in Brooklyn theme?

Currently, I use the Minimal theme for my shop, but I’m thinking of switching to the Brooklyn theme. I have a chocolate shop with several different chocolates which require titles and descriptions. Currently, I have images of chocolates in a table with titles/descriptions underneath the image. However, the table is not best for mobile devices. I would prefer to use a grid, however, I’m running into an issues.

I would prefer to have the images/text act more responsive than they are. If I was selling each piece as a product, I could list them differently. But since, I sell them in assortments and in a physical brick & mortar shop, I like to have the info out there instead of printing catalogs for each flavor.

Thanks in advance. I’m going over to look at the Brooklyn theme to see if something is already there for this. I mean, if someone merely wanted an informational site on shopify, what would they do?

Thanks! Without first digging into the Brooklyn theme, I’ve been unsure what it would offer. For now, I’ve found a work-around solution by creating images with the descriptions built in - so that I can keep the image sizes consistent and the grid wraparound won’t get hampered by dangling lines of text. I appreciate your response for sure and like the options you put out there! Thanks!
