I need help setting up Instagram shopping, I have had struggles doing this for two separate businesses. They are making it so much harder than it needs to be, whether its shopify or Instagram / Facebook I’m not sure… But I’m hoping somebody can help

I have tried setting the Instagram shopping up, and it’s keep saying that my account isn’t eligible for shopping because it doesn’t comply with the rules? If Shopify or Instagram told me what I need to change, it would be fine. But it doesn’t tell me what my Instagram account isn’t complying with. So I’m unsure on what to change?
