Need advice on recreating a specific menu bar style?

Hello. I am trying to recreate the menu navigation style of solset.com

  1. How would I move my menu navigation buttons the far left just as solset.com has.

  2. I already have a dropdown for my “help” menu. But how would I create that black box that appears when you hover over “help” on Solset.
