Congrats on your store preview! I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. Especially, there is a small window of discounts for conversion boost. Also, it is really helpful to have the currency adapted to the customers’ location. Lastly, product pages are well-built with detailed description, numerous credited reviews…
However, I have some comments to make it even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.
- Selectively choose Hero Banner
With just a glance over hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. Although I acknowledge that it is in the middle of Christmas, the current Hero Banner is not as attractive as the one “From Studio to Take-off” below. Therefore, I recommend “From Studio to Take-off” can become Hero Banner while the Christmas-related image can be placed below.
2. Organize the Homepage layout
I notice there are lots of messages & purchasing opportunities to be highlighted on the Homepage. However, without a clear structure, it is hard for customers to catch the flow and know what actions to take.
My suggested structure for your Homepage would be Hero banner → Best sellers → Sales → Value proposition (including the Get up and Go matching sets as your value) → Stay connected through Instagram → Testimonials → CTA (Buy with discounts)
3. Make product details concise and comprehensible
It is nice that you describe your products with details, but the way you select, organize and present information to customers could be better. Avoid writing long paragraphs, instead utilizing bullet points, highlighted keywords, etc.
4. Create blocks in About us with more images
The page “About us” and “Mission Statement” truly make us understand your brand identity more. However, they can be made more attractive to read by creating blocks (instead of writing long sentences in full screen length), inserting more images, etc.
5. Complete the Returns & Size guide sections
I understand that these sections are deprioritized and you might complete them later. But yeah, as any details will determine our professionalism to customers, don’t forget to refine them before publishing.
6. Complete FAQ & Contact us page
I have visited Contact us page which is a little bit so plain and can be made more attractive for customers to drop contacts.
