I need some help with a solution (ideally an app) for this one.
- A client is running a painting workshop limited to 25 spaces / people.
- Each person needs to choose one of 7 different products they can choose to paint.
- Each product is a different price, which I think is the main hurdle.
In theory all 25 people could paint the same item or 20 could paint a table and 5 could paint a mirror etc. you get the drift…
The hurdle is finding an app to correctly configure so that only 25 people can attend and they can choose to paint whatever they want.

I have a solution for you using the Easify Product Options app. Here’s a quick demonstration on how to set it up 
:
- Create a product that represents your workshop. When customers purchase this product, it signifies that they are buying a ticket to join your workshop. If your workshop is free, you can use the product to allow customers to register for the event. Set the product price to match the ticket price for your workshop, and the product quantity to indicate the number of people who can join the workshop (or the number of tickets available).
- Use the Easify Product Options app to create a custom option for your product. This will allow customers to choose from 7 different products they can paint during the workshop. You can choose from various option types such as Dropdown, Image Swatches, Buttons, or Radio Buttons to illustrate these options. You can also set different prices for each option if needed.
- Once you have created your product options, assign them to the relevant product (e.g., Painting Workshop).
That’s it! You’re all set.
