Need Assistance with Collaborator Integration Issue

I hope everyone is doing well. I’ve run into a bit of a snag in my add collaboration process. I’d like to ask if anyone has encountered similar issues or has suggestions for a solution

We didn’t came across anything recently.

It just won’t let me add a collaborator, every time I try this pops up, see picture below. I have restarted my computer and also gotten the person to resend the request. I don’t know what to do now.

If you’re getting the following error, this is a known issue (I just had a chat with Shopify Support). They hope to have a resolution in a few hours.

Yes that’s what I’m seeing

I just checked a couple of Shopify Plus and general Shopify stores. It doesn’t replicate for me so it appears it is happening for the entire shopify community but could be some are affected.

I also do not see any incident updated by Shopify there status page here - https://www.shopifystatus.com.

Lets wait for an hour or so and it should be resolved soon.

Hmm, a little surprised it’s not in the incident page. From my chat with Support.
