Need CSS Help Formatting Product Options

I have two product options live which use two different apps. The first is Mother’s Day Gift Wrap. The second is Imprint of the book.

I would like the Imprint product option to match the format of the Mother’s Day Gift Wrap option so that they look the same. Here is how they currently appear:

This would mean adding a border, a thumbnail, and matching the font weight and size of the Imprint option. When expanded, the border should stay around the container.

Is there some CSS code I could add to achieve this? Thanks for your help!
