We are a local company that delivers frozen product using our own vans/drivers.
We need to be able to ask the customer how they would like their order delivered at the checkout step. This would essentially ask the customer " how would you like your order delivered?" and then add a bag product to the cart.
Choices:
No bag, I will leave a cooler out $0.00
In an insulated bag $3.00
In an insulated bag with ice $6.00
We do need there to be exception rules (e-gift cards where there is no delivery should not have to choose a delivery bag)
We are currently using Upcharge: Surcharges and Fees and it is ugly but does what we want, BUT only part of the time, it keeps glitching out and the app makers have said there is nothing more they can do.
I have seen cross sell and upsell apps that sort of do this, but do not make the question required. Do you know of any ways to do this?
