Need Help Accessing Reports for Deactivated Store

First off, I find it wild that there is no way to contact a real person via phone through this entire company….

That being said, my store is deactivated and I don’t intend on re-opening any time soon. I need to access my reports for tax purposes. How can I do this without reactivating my subscription or will you automatically send something out?
