Need help - Flow tick price include tax

I noticed that although the seller does not collect tax, in storefront, Taxes is not reduced on product price (Included tax) and Shopify hides the display of “include tax” notification.

Anyone have an idea? Is this a bug or a feature? From the customer’s side, I think that’s really bad for the customer.
