Need Help Mapping Shopify Order Details into HubSpot Deals Using a Third-Party App

Hi Shopify Community,

We’re currently using Shopify and HubSpot, and we’re looking to send order details from Shopify into HubSpot deals using a third-party app.

Our product titles in Shopify orders follow a format like this:

DELUXE ROOM - 10 Days / Double / April 5 - 14

We need to separate this information and map it into custom deal properties in HubSpot, such as:

  • Retreat Start Date

  • Retreat End Date

  • Retreat Type

  • Room Selection

  • Discount Code

  • Discount Amount

  • Retreat Location

Does anyone know if this can be done through a third-party integration, or if there are any apps or tools that can help us achieve this?

I am trying to bring Shopify order number/ Amount / Close date / Stage / Line items + Values into an Ecommerce pipeline in Deals

I figured it out by creating a Shopify app and a HubSpot app.

Using webhooks and APIs from both platforms, I was able to connect them successfully, and it is now working properly.
