I am having trouble modifying my size buttons to match the size buttons on my product pages…
Long story short I am trying to make these buttons (on the Quick Add modal/pop up)
match the buttons as seen on the product page.

Welcome to the community.
You can try to target that button by adding quick add modal class before button selector in your CSS.
For example .quick_add .button and add max width there. But this is just guessing.
It would be great if you could share link to your store.
