Need help: "More Products like this..." link on product page

Hi there,

i would like to add a “more products like this” link on my product pages. i could either use the new standard product types for this if that’s possible or tags.

I would need a code that filters for tags with the prefix “bekleidung_”, and then renders the rest of this tag (without the prefix) as a link.
