need help on the shiping rate api

Hi am getting error on shopify app

can i create more then one shiping rate provider

{"errors":{"base":["Shipping Rate Provider is already configured"]}}.

Iā€™m facing the same issue. Any updates on this?

It looks like a custom app can only create one Carrier Service.
