Need Help Regarding Payouts on hold

on monday shopify just put my shopify payments account under review and i submitted all required documents they restricted my shopify payments account permenantly and hold my all money for 120 days I am small online business that manging all expenses from sales and they took my money and left me empty handed. I asked them to put reserve of 30% but are not listening and destroying my business and all savings i need help please
