I downloaded Judge to get reviews but the original parts from loox will not disappear.

I appreciate you sharing that screenshot! Since Loox Product Reviews is a third-party app, I suggest referring to Loox’s help documentation for assistance. Most apps have resources that can be accessed through a Support or Help section directly within the app.
That being said, I took a look at Loox’s website and managed to track down a help doc on how to remove Loox from your online store. It looks like there’s just a bit of code that you’ll need to delete from your theme, and this help doc will show you exactly how that can be done. Once the code is deleted, you should no longer see the Loox review section on your product pages.
If you are still experiencing issues removing Loox from your theme, then you’ll just need to reach out to the developers directly; when it comes to third-party apps, the developers themselves are the best point of contact since they know their apps inside and out.
