I’m trying to upload my ID documents to verify my account in order to receive payments.
However, the process was already started by my former colleague, who is no longer is involved in the business. But, their application is still pending on the system and i don’t know how to delete it, in order to start a new one with my details.
In this case, I would advise reaching out to our live support team. They will be able to liaise with the Payment team who can determine what the best next steps here would be.
