Hi Community,
We have recently decided to update our site and give it an entire makeover. Unfortunately, we have ran into a few issues that we are completely lost on figuring out. These are pretty much the only issues holding us back from launching. We previously asked this forum for help in the past and you guys helped out so much before that we thought we’d give it another go.
There are a few minor issues we’ve run into so feel free to help as much or as little as possible. We appreciate the help with any of these matters. I also decided to order them as follows :
- During our Checkout at Cart, We keep getting a message that says “TRANSLATION MISSING: EN.CART.GENERAL.TOTAL:” next to the total price at checkout. We are unable to pinpoint the problem with this issue as the theme we used isn’t particular in-depth on solving this directly from the customize panel. We have tried looking in the code for a fix but have not been able to solve this issue.
- At the bottom of our site, there seems to be a padding issue that ends up overwriting our entire code and always adds the following line to the top of our site, "style=“padding-bottom: 60px;” which ends up adding a huge white space to our website. We simply want the website to end at the bottom of the footer and not scroll past to an empty white space. When we change to padding to 0px it solves our issue but it is only temporary as it keeps overriding any css code we try.
- This one should be simple but were having a little trouble figuring out the right approach. We are trying to add a link to our store within “Shop Now” button through code as we had to customize this banner a little due to the fact that it was a slideshow. However, since it was a slideshow the entire banner was clickable and we only wanted the shop now button to be and not the entire picture. We were able to remove the link from the panel but we want the “Shop Now” button to have the link to our to store page instead.
- Our last issue per say, is that we want to remove the lines that appear underneath our navigation panel at the top of our site. We don’t like the look of it and would really want it removed completely so the navigation panel is simply text. This might be an easy fix so we apologize if we aren’t able to solve this.
These are pretty much the only issues we have ran into that have really been causing us headaches for the past couple days.
We apologize for how long this post is and all the questions were asking. We literally had no choice to seek guidance as we have been trying to solve these issues for days.
