I’ve collaborated on a t-shirt design with a non-employee contractor. I’m selling this jointly designed t-shirt on my Shopify store. I’m trying to find a way to automate sharing order info with the contractor whenever that specific t-shirt makes a sale.
Am I stuck just manually forwarding “Shopify Order Placed” emails over to them or is there a way I can better automate this? Adding them as staff in Shopify isn’t scalable for me.

You can go for a custom APP which will read for all orders and check for your vendor and send a mail or you can provide a admin view where vendor will able to see all orders related to him.
