Need help to write the code to make a block that will have a specific features

Am looking to make the same design in my shopify i cant type the code to make this happens if i click the picture it will change the color of the hodie and also if i click size i can scroll down with the image can any one help me type the code and tell me how to put it in witch file please help me i had enough i cant get it
