Hi all! Hoping someone can help. Recently, we have been unable to refund any orders in Shopify that were placed through IG/FB Shop. We also are unable to initiate any returns on IG/FB orders either. Not sure why this happened all of a sudden. Hoping someone can help!

There might be a system issue going on as the error message is showing on Shopify admin. Kindly reach out directly to Shopify support team so they can further investigate the issue.
Did Shopify ever fix this issue for you. It’d happening to me right now & I’ve been waiting all day for Shopify support to get back to me,

Not that you asked, but my ticket # is 49850273. Keep asking for update & getting no response from Shopify. Getting very frustrated.
This is definitely a problem. Will you keep me posted if yours is resolved or not. I’ll do the same on my end.
