I need help with the code of vantage from we are underground. When the screen size goes above 13" (e.g. 27" screen) the banner image cuts off the top and bottom of the image, which cuts out the product. I cannot expand this image anymore as it will look to small on a phone or normal computer screen size which majority of customers use.
has anyone had this trouble before or know how to edit the code to stop this problem?

i currently have a winter banner up so this isn’t the image i am having a problem with but you should be able to see the difference in image cut off between the smaller and larger screen size.
i have attached some images below showing the photo i want for the SS21 banner for your reference, which shows the cut off beining much more of a problem
what do you mean? have you looked at the attached document you can see it cuts off the top and bottom of the image. its the same code that is currently live on site but different image. you can see the image still zooms to the same crop settinings though

I tried ajusting the CSS but it didn’t make any visual changes i could see, no matter how big i made it. But when i went to the web browsers “view” and “zoom in” it zoomed out on the main banner image to no crop off the model anymore? no sure what is going on
