When it first loads, the “Shop Art Supplies” drop down menu works, but if you click on the menu item “Auctions” or “About > Art Factory Merch” and then go back to “Shop Art Supplies”, the drop down menu will open but it disappears at the item “Markers” if you’ve clicked on “Auctions” beforehand or “Paints” if you clicked on “About > Aft Factory Merch”.
Please help!

I guess I should add that we are using the Envy theme version 22
We usually use Safari browser on a Mac, but I downloaded Chrome and tried it there and had the same problem as well.
Is there any other information that I can give that might help?
If you’ve customized the header or navigation undo theme, this includes any a/b testing stuff, or apps that may be in that arena.
Following these actions I cannot replicate this on chrome browser(latest version, Windows 10 desktop)
Open site
Hover menu “Shop Art Supplies”
Click “Auctions”
Hover menus are all working and all sub menus show up
Click back to “Shop Art Supplies”
Hover menus are all working and all sub menus show up
Is there’s something missing take the time to list it out PRECISELY start to finish, don’t glom things together.
Or provide a supplementary video that clearly shows your steps/mouse etc.
