hey I bought the basic plan and now it says that domains are not available in my current plan. Do i have to upgrde to a better plan or is there something to do?

Yes, Shopify Basic Plan doesn’t include domains but so do other plans, so upgrading won’t help. You will need to buy a domain name from Shopify for $14 per year following the instructions here. Note that this doesn’t include email hosting. Besides, you can also consider external domain registrars.
In case you have other information on the issues like an error message, feel free to pass it over and we can continue to troubleshoot.

Hey @PageFly-Richard thank you for replying. But I didnt mean that the domain name isnt free in the basic plan I meant that I cant buy it in the basic plan and when I enter the domain section it gives me a message saying that I cant buy a domain in my plan. So what can i do ?

The Shopify basic plan should allow you to purchase a domain. Are you still on trial, or have you purchased the basic plan already? If you are on the basic plan, I recommend local troubleshooting as your internet connection may still collect old information. If you could try on a new device or browser or clearing your cache and cookies, you should be able to purchase a domain. Please let me know if this works for you!

Hey @Emily_50 and @PageFly-Richard I don’t know if I can show the prudcts name and logo when dropshping. Is it allowed by Shopify and should I even do that ?

Can you show me an example of what you mean? You can show the product name if you’re selling a product via dropshipping. Usually, with dropshipping, you find a supplier and add your brand to it, and sell it as your own branded product. If you are reselling a product with a brand, you would need to get permission to resell legally.
