For some reason even though I purchased my domain through Shopify I get this message. I need help ASAP.

Hi @joshuaraouf! I’m able to visit the website and I see a valid TSL certificate, so I believe the issue solved, can you confirm?
If not, do your domain records do have the CNAME with name www and a value of shops.myshopify.com?
If yes, my next step would be to click “domain settings” in that same screen and reset DNS settings. This would prompt your domain to clear any settings you may have changed (so make sure to write those down before reseting).
It seems like the domain is not connected with Shopify default URL properly. You can follow the instructions in your attached screenshot to try again or get help directly from Shopify.
