I am using Ooty - Organic Tea Store Shopify Theme when I open my store or website it shows no image and then images are shown on slide show.need help with this

I further happened to notice that the Ooty - Organic Tea Store theme is available on Theme Forest and not the Shopify Theme Store. If you find you continuously run into this issue, I also advise the following troubleshooting steps:
