Hey there fellow Shopify entrepreneurs!
I’m reaching out to the community for some advice and insights regarding Shopify Payments verification while using ShipBob as a third-party logistics provider (3PL).
I’ve recently encountered some challenges in getting my Shopify Payments account verified due to Shopify’s requirement for documentation of my operations with ShipBob. Despite explaining that ShipBob operates on terms of service rather than formal contracts, Shopify support continues to request documentation that does not exist.
I know I’m not alone in this, so I’m turning to the collective wisdom of the community. For those of you who have successfully navigated this process:
How did you provide evidence of your operations with ShipBob to satisfy Shopify Payments verification requirements?
Did you encounter similar requests for non-existent contracts with ShipBob, and if so, how did you address them?
Are there any tips or best practices you can share for ensuring a smooth Shopify Payments verification process while using ShipBob as your 3PL?
Your insights and experiences would be incredibly valuable as I work to resolve this issue and get my Shopify Payments account up and running smoothly.
Thank you in advance for your help and support! Let’s empower each other to succeed in our e-commerce journey.
