Need help with sign-up form – submissions not sent to email

Hi everyone,

I’ve created a sign-up form, but when the user clicks “send,” the content is not being sent to my email address. Has anyone experienced this before? Could someone help me out?

Hey @Jor,
First of all congratulation by creating a form for your store.
Here is the main reason of why your app form not store the collected. Maybe you use the static for just HTML.
To ensure that it’s work perfectly you need to use the Shopify form.
If you are able to do this then please share the 4 digits collab code in the p/m so that I can take a look and fix it so that it’s work perfectly.
