My page editor has been down since 2 am and I have changes I need to make immediately. I can’t seem to post the screenshot here of the message but it says that the page is temporarily unavailable, check back in 5-10 minutes. I really need help with this. I have logged out, restarted my laptop, etc. it doesn’t seem to be on my end.

Thank you for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. I would recommend contacting our support team directly so that you can be authenticated on your account, after which we can try and diagnose the issue you’re currently experiencing.
If you are unable to log into your store, you can choose the “Continue without logging in” option before selecting your topic. I’d recommend choosing the chat option when reaching out so that you can be put in touch with someone as soon as possible.
I am still searching for the chat option. The support section is a never ending loop where I can only seem to post questions.

I’ll walk you through the process. First, you can choose the “Continue without logging in” option if you currently do not have access to your store:
After you’ve done this, you’ll be asked to select your topic. In this instance, we’ll choose “Account”:
We’ll then select “Logging in” as you’re having trouble accessing your store:
We are then presented with an option to start a live chat at the bottom of this page:
If this still does not work for you, please first try clearing your cache or attempting to chat in via another browser or device. You can also access the chat form directly via this link.
