If you need to reach out for account support for your Shopify store, you can access those options here via our Help Centre page.
You can follow the prompts given on the screen there to navigate and select your preferred support contact option as per your preference.
We can also give general Shopify support ourselves here publicly, but for any account-related matters specifically, you would need to use the Help Centre link given above.
