Need "promotional grid" in centre, default stuck to left - Capital Theme

As you can see on our website, the promotional grid under the “featured in” section at the top is not centred. (Vogue buttons etc)

Have been trying to figure out how to amend this but have gotten stuck.

Let me know what you would do?

put below code in base.css file
online store-> theme->Edit code-> base.css

.departments.grid.slick-initialized.slick-slider {
    margin : 0 auto !important;
}

thank-you for trying to help

I don’t seem to have the base.css option in my theme - would there be another place that it could go? When I edit the theme in the template file the section is called promotional grid as this section was done incorrectly by a developer but I didn’t realise until after the job was complete and I had checked on mobile and desktop but not full screen
