Hello i am wondering how i go about changing the buy with shop pay button to a paypal button?

Does anyone know what code i would need to insert in the product theme template section in order for this to change from shop pay to paypal

That is a really great question. So, this button that is displaying as ShopPay for you now is actually a dynamic checkout button - the button’s appearance depends on the customer’s shopping habits. For example, if the customer was using Safari on their iPhone to view your store and frequently used Apple Pay the button would display as a “Pay with Apple Pay” button. Similarly - if the customer’s preferred payment method was PayPal it would show up as a yellow PayPal button. There is no way to keep it fixed on one payment method over another. It is set up in this way to maximize conversions. If you are completely averse to it displaying ShopPay you will need to disable ShopPay in Settings > Payment Providers.

How do I do this in Debut theme please? It seems to be my problem to. I have used the code you mention in another thread and Shop Pay does not show up on my phone but it keeps showing up when I use my desktop.

Hi Bo

I NEVER use the ShopPay button which I loathe and it shows up everywhere. On my iphone, ipad and laptop. I don’t want to switch off ShopPay I just want to get rid of it from the product page. Is it still dynamic or not?
