A few days ago, I got an email saying “Termination of your shopify account” and so I replied back to that email for further details…
then I got an email saying I need to upload some documents which I have ready and the email read as follows “Please visit this link or login to shopify admin to securely upload the requested documents” to which I clicked the link but it showed error and didn’t open so I logged into my shopify but there was no place to upload any document rather it was showing to pay the outstanding bill to which I clicked pay now but it got failed and said that your store is freezed and can’t pay…then again i replied to the email for any other link for me to upload the documents but the same link came which didn’t work and again i send another email for the same reason but I received no further information…please help me get my store back
